Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days from the time your order is placed. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been successfully processed.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping option you choose and your location. The exact shipping cost will be displayed during the checkout process before you finalize your order.

Shipping Restrictions:

Please note that some products, such as e-liquids and vaping devices, may be subject to specific shipping restrictions and regulations. It's your responsibility to be aware of these regulations and ensure that your order complies with them.

Laws and Canada Post Protocols
*All orders will Require you to Sign and Show ID For Proof of 19 years of Age. ID must match the Order Information. Failure to show ID or Sign will have the package returned to us causing a return shipping cost. This fee will be passed on to the customer. Before any refunds are given.


*The above shipping time frames are Canada Post estimates provided by Canada Post if you are in a "remote" location as defined by Canadapost additional time may be added to the above estimates.
**If your order is extremely large in volume or weight and or wholesale or special discount coupons are used we reserve the right to ship expedited. 5% and 10% discounts do not affect normal shipping policy.

Address Accuracy:

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete to avoid any delays or delivery issues. We're not responsible for orders that are delayed or lost due to incorrect address information.

Delays and Force Majeure:

While we strive to deliver your orders on time, unforeseen events such as extreme weather, natural disasters, or carrier delays may occasionally impact delivery times. We appreciate your understanding in such circumstances.

Out-of-stock/Stock errors

We will email customers if a product is out of stock due to a stocking error for them to change their order. If there is no reply within 48 hours after sending it to the email associated with the customer's account. The customer will be refunded the cost of the item and the rest of the order will be sent without the missing item(s).

International Shipping:

Currently, we only offer shipping within Canada. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
